The project proposes the redevelopment of the approximately 6.6-acre site in the Readville neighborhood of Boston. The project site currently contains several warehouse and maintenance buildings, which will be demolished and replaced with four new residential buildings ranging from five to eight stories. The redevelopment also includes a restaurant space, extensive on-site amenities, multiple new open spaces including a new pond-side park area that will be open to the greater Readville community, as well as the creation of approximately 2.5 acres of green space on the project site.

The extensive green courtyard is designed all on top of the two-level parking podium. Soil profiles, load bearing, and universal accessibility were all key considerations with this design.
