Rolling Ridge
Fountain Restoration
KZLA was involved with restoration of a series of fountains designed by renowned landscape architect Fletcher Steele in North Andover, Massachusetts. Originally the private estate of Ethan Allen, the landscape combined formal influences of European gardens with a new American garden design aesthetic.
KZLA, on a pro bono basis, worked for the non-profit conference center owner to help preserve this nationally significant landscape. We developed design concepts, cost estimates, and planning diagrams for the restoration of the three fountain areas, the supporting infrastructure, and surrounding hardscape.
