This transit -oriented residential neighborhood is a redevelopment of a former mill complex where rope was manufactured for marine use. The goal of this design was to maximize views to Plymouth Harbor, enhance access to the waterfront with a waterfront trail, and create a central open space for social gathering. Connections are made to the adjacent beach, commuter rail station and downtown Plymouth.
