An aging office park needed a new identity to attract and retain tenants. KZLA re-imagined this suburban technology park with solar lighting, contemporary signage, and planting that was modern yet inspired by the site’s agricultural past.

The site improvements included a pedestrian walking circuit, unique crosswalk patterns, signage and banners, four season planting, and unique lighting resembling the form of deciduous trees.
